Shipping & Returns Policy

Dear Customers,

Opening and closing times over Christmas and New year, are as follows:

We will close on: Friday 18th December 2009

We will reopen: Monday 4th January 2010

Last Date for guaranteed delivery before Xmas is:

Monday 14th December 2009 (Providing stock is available)

IMPORTANT:

Please note, that when we close on the 18th December, we will be closed for approximately 2 weeks, over the Christmas and New Year period.

During this time, there will be a skeleton staff replying to emails.

Please only send emails over the festive period if it is absolutely necessary, or the service we offer when we reopen in 2010 could be seriously hindered due to a backlog of emails.

For orders placed before 12 Noon on a weekday (excluding public holidays) will be despatched the following working day provided they are in stock. Orders placed after 12 Noon on a weekday, or any time on a weekend, or on a public holiday, will be despatched on the second working day.

For Standard Delivery, we deliver many orders within 3-5 days

Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 working days.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Non deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.

Items that cannot be delivered, and returned to us - If sending items recorded delivery, or even un-recorded, meaning the royal mail will attempt to either deliver the item or leave you a card to collect. If the product cannot be delivered, or is not collected from the local sorting office and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of £5 per item.

Therefore, if the item needs resending, or refunding, an administration fee of £5 will be charged.

All General Orders

In general, our products will be delivered to the UK without any issues. If we deem the risk factor to high to send a particular order overseas, then we will decline the order, and a refund will be made. There are many variables we will use to calculate such a risk, including possible customs implications, and the risks of an order being deemed 'not received' using historical order information.

RETURNS POLICY

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & UN-OPENED packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at the customer's cost.

7. All Goods must be returned in resale condition. If the goods are not returned in the same resale condition to which they we received, then goods will be returned to the customer at their cost.

8. A £5 Administration and re-stock fee will be charged.

9. All items must be returned via recorded delivery. We can not give refunds for items that do not reach us.

10. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO SENDING. (Returns address is different from our administration address and will be given after authorization)
